Not an environment to thrive in - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Decision Science: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The company is unstructured and has no proper SOP nor training to onboard new / existing staff. Furthermore, they do not seem to communicate amongst each department so there seems to be a clear segregation and divide within the entire company. The management also do not bother to keep in touch nor groom or contact those under them, so for anyone working there, you'd be pretty much left all by yourself and try to figure what to do, and sink/drown without having any knowledge nor guidance. Will not recommend this company, unless you are experienced and wish to work alone.
