There are no perks. There is no job security. There is no growth. Environment is toxic. Upper management only cares about themselves. Upper management is toxic. There is no proper management. Last but not the least share holders don't care about there company so the upper management specially the CTO thinks they are the boss and torture there employees to work on impossible deadlines so say bye to your personal life if you join this company and even after doing that there is no confirmation that they wont fire you. This company has no projects so as soon as your job is done they will fire you or force you to resign.
