Going downhill - Marketing bei Decathlon: Mitarbeiterbewertung

All downside of an old, volume-driven retail brand (short sighted planning, last-century tech stack). Plus below average salary & tightening budget (but hey the workload and expectations are increasing). Toxic and micromanaging leadership that has neither the knowledge nor the resources to properly do things. They just love buzzwords and the sense of control. Just get the experience and get out. Staying longer is not helping the CV at all.
