Steal PTO from employees, loads of mandatory overtime( ever worked 20+ days straight), favoritism and nepotism, will be punished for going to management about problems. People can sit and refuse to work for days and sometimes weeks without any consequences. Forced to work a Friday well don’t worry if you don’t show up management and HR won’t do anything about it, if you point out the unfairness you’ll be punished. We can’t keep materials here to make the soaps we need and if we make the soap we need then the lines are missing components to package it. Don’t worry the inventory management team here is superb, it’s never their fault it’s yours. They’ll wish you a happy weekend as they go to their home while you work your life away. “DONT LIKE IT?
