This place runs on deception from the ground up. • Leadership is misguided at best and outright incompetent and indifferent at worst. • Training is almost nonexistent, leaving new hires to struggle blindly with little to no direction and forced to figure everything out alone. • The sales culture relentlessly prioritizes numbers over integrity, creating a deeply unethical atmosphere. • I frequently felt uneasy about how customers were handled and what was being communicated to them. • If you take your work seriously, this is absolutely not the place for you.
