Horrible experience with this company. The office consisted of four people . If you don’t mind giving a constant flow of bad news or making excuses to distributors and online customers while the managers speak in the background about what you “should have lied” about regarding leadtime . The internet time states 2 week lead time it’s more like 6-8 weeks and if you need a repair lead time is 4-6 if your very lucky . The system you place orders on does not reflect a current inventory because there is no grasp on what component part they might be out of on any given day . If you place an order you cannot count on the system, you have to go out to production and look for the item if you can find it on any one of the many places you might be able to find it. God help you if you get it wrong management will speak to you in the condescending manner someone would speak to a child. This condescending treatment goes on ALL day . If you don’t mind being spoken to like a child or being disrespected consistently this is the job for you .
