Lack of communication even though they tell us its improved, slowly getting rid of people in countries they don't want to grow staff in. They don't tell us how it is - they lie to us internally about how well we are going, they lie to us and say no more redundancies but then you get made redundant 2 weeks later. Australian law regarding redundancy consultation NOT followed (consultation only starts once the mind has been made up)
