      Pros

      Impressive software, albeit significant legacy components. Great people, remote first.

      Kontras

      Being a large US based company, Australia was just a small piece of the pie. Wasn't capable of some legislative requirements. Things just moved very slowly, hard to initiate change given the size of the company.

      Pros

      Dayforce has a lot of great perks. They are a cutting-edge HCM company and are always innovating. They are 100% remote and are great with work-life balance. Pay and benefits are good, and I would put them slightly above average in both.

      Work can be too siloed at times, and top-down plans are not always communicated as efficiently as they could be.

      Some of the team members are fantastic. Great PTO policy. Wonderful Customer events.

      Kontras

      No one sees the fantastic employees So much change without time to set proper plans in motion. Change management is non existent.
