The entire sales team in SoCal has been purged multiple times. Anyone who does make it, ends up quitting. The sales department masquerades the position as consultative but in reality you are cold calling trying to sell walkie talkies with unrealistic quotas. If you have B2B experience, you are overqualified for this position. Upper management offers no support, all they do is hand out PIPs while working remotely from the comfort of their home.
