Family atmosphere. Little politics. Great products. Down-to-earth team. No typical corporate nonsense.

Can't honestly say I know any cons. This place was great.

Down to earth people. More like working with a tight-knit family. Hardly any corporate politics. Good pay and benefits. Office culture was unlike most others in that if you're done your work, you can actually go home without people looking at you askance.

I actually have a tough time thinking of any cons. My experience was unlike working at most other places. I'm specifically referring to the East Texas, PA location which ultimate closed.
