Pay is decent especially if you’re willing to work excessive over time, upper management is easy to talk to and not intimidating, most management and upper management are of a family oriented mind set in that you’re family’s wellbeing should always come first.

Little to no ability to move above position you were originally hired for unless you’re buddy’s with someone above you. Training is non existent. Very little to no communication. A lot of team work fluffy with little to no follow through from management.
