Not working with Todd anymore.

Todd is The definition of a psychopath. Having worked for him for several months I can attest this man cares about no one but himself. His telesales operation should be illegal. He requires you to work 40 hours a week and skirts the law by saying your 1099. When you don’t produce off his free junk leads he will charge you for “good” leads and you end up in the hole. Even if you close out several deals by the end of 6 months few of them actually stuck because as I realize now it’s telesales and this type of transaction needs done in person. Just look on the forums and you’ll see he is respected by few and starts fights with most others. This man never takes the high road. Having worked in his office I can attest he takes pride in threatening and harassing past employees. He would go out of his way always being childish and sometimes even illegal in his actions against those who simply didn’t want to work for/with him any longer. If your an agent please take a look on insurance forums dot com and do a bit more research before signing contracts under him. Oh yea that’s another thing once your under him he won’t release you when you quit or are fired. Your dead in the water and have to wait 6 months to write with any of the companies he carries. Stay away.

This guy is a lunatic! Just check the Delaware County police reports for April 28th in which he was hitting a lady and pulling her hair while intoxicated! He also just filed bankruptcy less than a year ago. Leads Suck. If you enjoy sitting on a dialer all day and getting told "Put me on the DNC" all day long - this is the place for you!
