Pros

Senior and manager staff are approachable and genuinely willing to help with questions. Time-off flexibility is strong; even first-year employees can usually take a full week off without issue. When you perform well, you’ll be told — recognition at the mid-level is consistent and sincere.

Kontras

The company projects a caring, family-like culture, but that image disappears the moment workloads slow. After busy season, even high performers who worked 70–80-hour weeks can be let go with no warning to cut costs. Terminations are handled abruptly: you’ll be locked out of email before anyone informs you, creating confusion and isolation. Leadership sends “farewell” emails implying voluntary departures, so the true turnover rate is hidden. The culture feels warm on the surface, but it’s sustained by employees not realizing how disposable they are until it happens to them. Offboarding is handled with little notice or transition planning, which can make an already stressful situation significantly harder.
