The people seem to be friendly at first.

Kontras

Salary is very low. They crow about the 401(k), but who can actually put in 8% of their salary? Bonus structure/profit sharing is confusing and almost non-existent. High turnover in all departments.

Great culture + great living. Team puts people first. Uncapped income potential. Challenging work opportunities and high expectations.

Kontras

It’s a lot of hard work. Sometimes being overly flexible for customers because of surveys. Working the weekends.
