Pros
A wide variety of experiences assisting different departments prepared me for absolutely everything I've faced in similar roles at other jobs. I've said to myself too many times to count, "Oh, I remember that from DAVID Corporation." The coworkers were also very nice and supportive. Uncommonly good benefits for an entry-level position, but monetary compensation is otherwise low.
Kontras
The management was unkind and unreasonable. While I learned a lot, it was at the expense of my health, happiness, and dignity. I couldn't wait to get out. Management had unrealistic expectations for every task, and any error was treated like the end of the world (even if it was an easy fix.)
