Seit der Pandemie hat das Unternehmen viele entgegenkommende Änderungen vorgenommen, um sicherzustellen, dass sich alle sicher fühlen, während gleichzeitig die Konsistenz gewahrt bleibt. Während wir langsam ins Büro zurückkehren, haben sie dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns bei dieser Rückkehr wohl gefühlt haben. Auch während der Remote-Arbeit hat das Unternehmen konsequent wöchentliche Teamgespräche geführt, um die Kommunikation offen zu halten, die Teammitglieder zur Rechenschaft gezogen, damit wir unser Unternehmen auf unsere 10-Jahres-Ziele zubewegen, und sichergestellt, dass die richtigen Leute an den richtigen Plätzen sitzen helfen, dass das passiert. Die Führung schätzt ihr Team wirklich.

If you're just finishing up college, this is a great company to work for and get your feet wet. And if you don't understand IT, you will after working here only a few weeks! People who work here are highly intelligent, yet remarkably collaborative. Even though each person is designated a "role," everyone is very transparent about their work, which gives newbies (especially marketing peeps) the chance to understand how all the business pieces come together in the end. I came to Datix near the end of college as an intern, and within six months moved to full time. It took a lot of work to get here, but I know ten folds more about the business world than I learned in college.

Understanding Datix process can be intuitive at times if you're new to IT. Also, the company collaborates on a lot of things, so being open to try new approaches and work with others is mandatory of whichever role you take. Clearly this isn't a real con, but it does take a motivated and curious person to really succeed here.
