      - 2 days WFH per week - A dynamic environment with ever-changing policies - No worries about developing a side hustle, they would fully support you. - Diversity, equity and inclusion: everyone has the chance to take on your manager's responsibilities. - If you are good at being a flatterer, this is the place where you belong to. - Opportunities to explore other teams' duties, but please take them up asap.

      - Clear instructions as provided by your primary school teacher for how to mark your WFH schedule and reminders about washing your mugs, but not for how to use internal systems. - No music in the office, unless they are from the top management. - Frequent, reassuring meetings to promote the healthy growth of the company while people around you are asked not to come tomorrow suddenly. - Complicated workplace affairs from management to junior posts.
