The new C-level only care about make financial spreadsheet look good so the company can be sold at the cost of chaos management, no strategic decision making, endless acquisition and change of high level leadership. Only hiring in Europe and force engineers in US to leave. It is now a toxic place for engineers to work and learn which is pretty sad to see especially compared to it used to be before the Ciox merge.
