Pros

The best part about working for Datatrend Technologies is not only the incredible people and leaders, but their willingness to listen to your ideas. I love that I can bring up ideas and bring them to reality. The leadership team really understands the importance of work/life balance and having a flexible work schedule allows me to maintain a healthy work ethic.

Kontras

We're growing so fast (good problem to have), so sometimes it's hard to get time on schedules.

You get a paycheck on friday, if they don't fire you first.

I'm working as a sub-contractor on a Datatrend project. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. We had a guy literally fall out in the floor this week. He told me he had worked 22 days straight of 12-14 hour days, with 1 day off. These guys expect us to work from 9:00 till midnight, then be on call the rest of the night. Decent money only because of the ridiculous amount of hours. And, we're in a data-center in a makeshift work area, so working sitting in a cold environment, sitting in a hardback chair at a folding table for 12-14 hours each day. It's absolutely horrible. Oh, and let's not forget the "I'll fire you if you don't produce xxx amount of work a day" threats we regularly get.
