Work/life balance Great place if your coming in as upper management

Kontras

LOW salaries (don't worry, upper management gets paid well) Women there act like children Management that micromanages Project Managers (newly implemented) They have ZERO interest in their employees and do nothing in terms of team building. Benefits are mediocre at best. Zero professional growth in the company unless you start as a Project Coordinator

I'm working as a sub-contractor on a Datatrend project. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. We had a guy literally fall out in the floor this week. He told me he had worked 22 days straight of 12-14 hour days, with 1 day off. These guys expect us to work from 9:00 till midnight, then be on call the rest of the night. Decent money only because of the ridiculous amount of hours. And, we're in a data-center in a makeshift work area, so working sitting in a cold environment, sitting in a hardback chair at a folding table for 12-14 hours each day. It's absolutely horrible. Oh, and let's not forget the "I'll fire you if you don't produce xxx amount of work a day" threats we regularly get.
