I was probably once in the position you were. I was currently at a large IT consulting firm and loved the people that I worked with and loved the team that I was on, but at the same time I was constantly seeking new opportunities to grow. I immediately researched Datastrong on glassdoor and noticed that they did not have too many reviews, but I decided to come in for an interview anyways. I'm glad I did, because as soon as I walked into the office I loved the culture. Datastrong is full of bright, resourceful, business and family oriented folks who do things right the first time. Its the people that truly make this company shine. It is a company where your voice can be heard and changes happen quickly and efficiently. This is the company that is built to better the lives of the people working at the company. The managers and partners of the company are here everyday working with you side by side and are there in case you need to voice an opinion. I love this company for the people, the culture, the flexibility, and the work life balance.
