Pros
Paid on time, pretty good PTO policy (depending on the department). WAS remote/WFH for p&e, seems like they're pushing for RTO.
Kontras
Rapidfire acquisitions with no real direction, performative and ineffective leadership, bloated middle management structure, constant re-prioritization and re-organization with no real goals in mind. Layoffs as a result of poor decision making and shoddy forecasting. Not diverse at all, and cliquey. Also, why did they make the chief marketing officer the chief product officer? Couldn't find a compelling explanation for that, nor was one offered.
