I joined Merrill in 2013, enjoying working here (Not only me). -Good Working environment and friendly colleagues. -Less Work Pressure, -Most of them follows good Process in Development & Testing Life Cycle, -Supported by well equipped I.T Infrastructure. -Management Respect, Encourage & Appreciate employee, -Recognition - Spot, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly awards for employee, -Freedom to speak and debate not only on technical topics but also other open topics, -Considerable salary Increment & Incentives(as Mentioned in the offer letter) , -Good HR Policies - Health Insurance covers whole family, Yearly free Medical Check-up in MedAll, 37 Leaves - CL, SL, PL & RH Maternity & Paternity leaves, Cash for Marriage and child birth, Annual Sport and Cultural events, Monthly Employee birthday Celebrations, Events on special occasions, Friday evening Snacks and etc.. Merrill Technology services(MTS), India is the sister company of Merrill Corporation, USA which is a Service oriented company in Legal & Law firm. MTS India's most of their operations are BPO and Finance, and so most of them thought its a BPO service company. But last 6/7 years they started developing Software applications for their own business operations. So there is no customer or target pressure for the development teams. Here I read reviews about Merrill Corporation, but most of them are from USA employee. Since their job domain, working culture and needs are different from Indian's, they rated merrill corporation very less. If I rate Merrill Technology Services, India separately, Its not less than 4.5 out of 5. # When it comes for Ratings and Reviews, Glass Door should have a separate pool for the companies' Sister companies and Subsidiaries Companies#
