Management is not rewarding loyalty. All the best workers leave because no appreciation is given. High turnaround of staff. Still very hard to get holidays (e.g. never submit holiday request for bank holidays. Automatically rejected. Although workload is much lower on those days, no consideration is shown. Micromanagement, hardly any trust in workers. They only seem to care about numbers and not the quality of service.
