Most co-workers were great to work with and willing to learn.
Kontras
Poor communication and heavily siloed departments. They preach inclusion but dont unless your a yes person you will be consistently excluded. Members of Leadership have no business being in the role they are in. Worklife Balance is non-existent 20/80 - 20% of the staff does 80% of the work. They always ask what areas can we improve in but dont actually act on anything. HR is not there for employees.
