It's hard to come up with the requires 20 word minimum for pros. We got new chairs, I guess.

People management skills are essentially nonexistent. People are either threatened or bullied. Not the remotest incentive to take initiative. Executives shrink from tough decisions and any/all risk, and yet seem never held accountable. No wonder Merrill has not yet been acquired no matter what they do. Colleagues are completely unwilling to treat others with respect or common courtesy. Appalling tolerance for narrowminded and culturally insensitive behavior.
