Fruit bowl and private health ( must be with the company 2 years before you get it)

Stay away as much as you can. There’s no talent or hard work recognition unless you work in sales. The CEO wants everyone in the office which is incredibly expensive considering we’re underpaid. No place to grow. Little HR support. A LOT OF GOOD PEOPLE ARE LEAVING- THEY DO NOT RE-HIRE, THEY JUST DUMP THE WORK ON OTHER CURRENT EMPLOYEES ( with no pay rise at all) Say anything that concerns you to someone in management and you will shortly know the meaning of a “black sheep”. No company events apart from the Xmas party . Lately new staff went from 20 days of holidays to 25, but it took old staff years to get to this. What does old, loyal staff get in return for this ?
