Incredibly intelligent and kind colleagues. Lots of cross functional efforts and minimal gatekeeping with the day to day staff members. Decent reimbursement for pursuing certifications or education. Good PTO policies.
Kontras
Minimal upward mobility. Staff burnout is felt across all departments and there is no reward for hard work. Executive team provide no support to day to day operations that is tangible or supportive. Staff are expected to work 7 days a week and all hours. No bonuses for non-sales staff. Mass firings with no plan to cover the gaps in work that occur from this (except to pile more work onto already exhausted staff). The last company wide bonus was $100 per person. Went well over 12 months without a pay raise or proper evaluation. This is a company very clearly owned by private equity and driven by the bottom line only. There is no concern for the humans who do the work that pays out the C-Suite's bonuses each year. Lack of transparency to staff and no support from HR when serious issues with leadership reported.
