Great co-workers. Not so great upper management. The reason some of us haven't left is because we love the job, and have pride in the products we sell.
Kontras
Upper management do not value longevity with the company, or factor inflation into salary reviews. (People are making decisions about US salarys who aren't based here, or understand price of living standards).
