Challenging to find anything to mention here. Overall it was a bad experience and would not others to experience it

1) Bullying by senior management. This starts at the time of joining 2) lack of knowledge handover. People struggle to get knowledge of the system, which is quite legacy. 3) HR does not help and sides with the management 4) Knowledge hoarding by old timers, hence very hard to upskill quickly and be successful. The old timers stick to their knowledge, and in the process, many new joiners fail and are considered not good resources
