Pros

We are building a product that really matters, empowering people and companies to easily dive into all their of data, be it their own or that compiled on a SaaS service. It is satisfying to work on such a great product with a talented team of passionate individuals to back you up. Being a small company, there are a lot challenges which allow you the opportunity to grow and expand on your skill sets. Definitely the place to be if you are looking for: - A job that will allow (and pushes) you to grow and challenge yourself - Strong team comradery - Fun company culture that takes their down time as seriously as their up time - Build a product with a strong impact on peoples day to day life. - Well thought out and communicated goals from management

Kontras

As other reviewers have mentioned, it is a small team. We are achieving incredible things with a very small crew. The smallness of the company though, often translates to a bit of juggling and some necessary time commitments to reach our goals. DataHero need more boots on the ground, ASAP.

Pros

The company is still very small - less than 15 employees, but everyone gets along. Pretty strong sense of camaraderie, having weekly team lunches (where everyone from CEO to engineers all participate), beer Fridays, and other team activities. Their vision of helping people combine and analyze data that they already have access to in various cloud services distinguishes the company from other data companies. The company is pretty transparent - they share board meeting slides and have weekly all hands to kick off the week and make sure everyone is in sync. The company recently hired their first VP of Marketing & VP of Engineering and seems like on a good trajectory of growth.

Kontras

Benefits are... okay. They have the standard Blueshield coverage (medical, dental, vision), but not much beyond that (e.g. no 401k). There are plenty of things to get done - wish we had more people. Having said that, work hours are not that crazy - no more than 10 hours for most people.
