As such no, just repetitive work.

Kontras

Bad work culture. Leadership plays a blame game. Pay for 8 hours and you have to work for 11-12 hours a day with very very little pay. Sometimes provide a laptop sometimes not i.e. they give they give 1500 per month to use own laptop which is again very less.

Pros

- The founder couple is very humble and helpful. - CTO is very knowledgeable. - HRs are surprisingly very helpful and professional.

Kontras

- They only have business in speech, their sales says a different story. (Its a sinking boat) - Tech team is filled with substandard/under-skilled/in-experienced engineers. - This company has huge behavioral issue, people tries to hide their in-competencies by blaming others. - No sign of empathy/sympathy among co-workers. Being disrespectful is a key skill here for survival (you need to be very good at it). - No scope of learning at all. - Less pay then market standards. - 0 loyalty among employees, everyone is always looking out.
