Can’t keep up with benefits of their competition - Commercial Account Executive bei Datadog: Mitarbeiterbewertung

-management seems to be not open for feedback although they think they do -people are afraid to ask questions, deliver feedback about their manager / director because they are afraid they don’t gonna promote / being fired. -more and more micromanaging since the company grows -no Collective agreement, so no increase of salary each year (no inflation correction) -management and board in US promised compensation for inflation, is not going to happen (seems like they just don’t care that people struggle to pay their rent and food) -people promote because they have a good (personal) relationship with their manager, instead of the ones with strong performance -they say their salary is comparable with their competition, but it’s totally not the case (with fixed inkomen there is de difference in 50% for the same work position)
