We appreciate you taking the time to leave this feedback, and want to apologize that your experience at Datadog has been anything but positive, as this is not the kind of culture or leadership we support at Datadog. As a fast scaling business, we are always conscious of the impact that individuals joining and leaving our business have on our evolving culture. There are times when that impact is greater than we anticipate, and we are working hard to make sure that that does not reflect poorly on the constructive and collaborative environment we aim to maintain. We will be addressing these issues internally with our leadership team to understand better where this is happening, and why. Our leaders and managers go through dedicated workshops centered around Datadog's management practices, unconscious bias, providing feedback and more, as we recognize the impact that managers have on an individual's growth and success in the company. We work to keep these trainings updated and relevant, depending on needs that are identified for our leaders and managers.
