Like others have said, be weary as this company asks employees to write reviews with the expectation that they will be positive.
Hard to know where to start. You will be doing BDR work 90% of the time and then have to also manage a pipeline. You will essentially be doing two jobs - BDR and AE. I have no issues prospecting, but you will be spread very thin.
You will only have 100 accounts, you will need to source these yourself, and good luck finding ones that haven't been entirely ripped through or are bad technical fits. The addressable market is now small, and the reps that have been there the longest have great accounts, simply due to tenure (rich get richer idea)
Pressure from management is immense. Constantly looking for updates, emailing and slacking in way off hours.
Little to no BDR support, this is a big problem, like I said you are your own BDR.
If you build your account list, realize it's not great either due to fit, over saturation, etc. You're already behind the ball and may never recover.
