      - product is fantastic which is becoming more and more rare with startups - culture is that of a start up that allows you to own your career, promotions are merit based and earned - leadership willing to do what it takes to help you succeed whether thats investing in your progression or being more hands on day to day

      - at times asked to wear many hats - being adaptable on the fly is a requirement that surprises some - but its what you get with every startup

      Great product, in-person office atmosphere is very good, great learning opportunity for someone newly stepping into first sales role from previous SDR position
