Pros
First of all, in Datacolor words are not just words. One of the core values is execution and they do it also regarding the application of these core values that guide the company and their employees. The environment is international and super open, the HR team really do the work, and they do it for the employees, we can count on them and on our managers that are always ready to give feedbacks in a very constructive way and to help you grow and learn. Learning is another of the core values and they really think that through learning we can bring value to the company. I personally never met a company with such a healthy environment. The company is growing very fast in the last year, both in terms of revenues and also in terms of people and the turnover is very very low. In these 3 months I had the possibility to travel to our headquarter in the US and to our office in Switzerland and it was really amazing. Last but not least Datacolor is really a family oriented company and offers a priceless flexibility that gives us the possibility to match our personal life with work. They have understood that the well being of employees it's the key for efficiency and productivity, and they really apply it.
Kontras
Perhaps one of the downsides is that the rapid growth of the company brings some challenges in terms of processes and organization. The international aspect creates a great openness and beautiful inclusivity, but at the same time, it makes cross-team work a bit complicated, in my opinion, and often leads to information being lost. Moreover there is not a growth plan for each employee.
