Apart from this the most important to me is the work culture and the people. The people and the management at Databricks are very supportive and are always there to help, guide and support whenever needed. Some of the processes are still shaping up in certain regions so one might need to ask around sometimes for certain aspects. But I am sure its just a matter of time, the way Databricks has been growing and has been a super employee centric company throughout its journey this too shall be seamless soon enough.
