I recently went through the interview and onboarding process at DataOne Software and I couldn't be more impressed! The process took several weeks but they kept me well informed along the way and never guessing as to what was next or if I would hear anything from them. The friendliness of the staff truly stands out. Everyone I've interacted with, from HR to leadership and my colleagues, has been welcoming and supportive, creating a positive environment that makes it easy to feel at home from the very beginning. I really admired the company's commitment to help onboard new employees.
The leadership team genuinely practices an open-door policy, approachable and truly value employee input. The culture they created makes it a great place and the various teams I have interacted with have all been friendly and talented individuals always willing to lend a helping hand.
