Really respect the leadership of founders, execs, and directors. They're smart, kind people who don't play politics. They take a monthly pulse survey on employees to see how folks are doing. There's an excellent work-life balance. I appreciate that I can work remotely and don't have to go into the office often. Was very appreciative of the surveys taken to see how local employees felt about going into the office.
Kontras
It's a small company so a lot of processes aren't in place. I suppose this will firm up as the company continues to grow.
