US entity and management has good vision with big data projects in pipeline. Good scope in BI and big data analytics. Pros ends in US Datafactz except for a work time flexibility in India.
Kontras
Indian entity named as fuzen software and the offer/experience letters doesn't even contain proper contact details. Very few projects and they recruit people expecting projects. Once they join and no projects in hand, they start pushing for cross training and doing self POCs and tech papers ( part of your GnO). Any slight resistance you will be tortured to hell and thrown out of the company giving childish reasons. Indian management and the HR feels they are the gods of this company and doesn't even cares for employee just to save few hundred bucks. No employee satisfactory outings or events and even if they happen at every stage you will only hear a word cost cutting.
