      The cons that comes with a startup company, nothing unusual: - You sometimes need to expand on your areas of expertise and wear multiple hats - Sometimes processes are not standardized and ad-hoc solutions are needed

      Pros

      The administration procedures are clear and well defined during the on-boarding process

      Kontras

      They forced me to work everyday, even saturday despite me being an intern. For most of the days, they released me at 7-8pm, and even more than that, i had stayed at the office until 10-11pm several times. According to Finnish laws, students are only allowed to work 30 hours per week but my working hours have been way more than that. This is truly abusive
