First hand information on upcoming games and consoles to be released. Good people. Working for their store is better than in the Head Office as told by my colleagues.

No training offered especially for neophytes or fresh graduates to fulfill the role of a Customer Service Representative especially that they have a lot of irate customers (aka the rich and non-understanding types). Also, 6 days of work per week and 1 day off. Abusive right?
