Pros
The company is a very good platform for freshers to learn and grow. Saying that, don't think that you learn from the company's technologies. One shall have a lot of free time to focus on things is what I mean to say. This is my positive review about the company.
Kontras
The software architecture is very old and the clients seem to be boring as well. The pay scale isn't on par with the labor. Since the rebranding of DST as SS&C Technologies, the company has hit rock bottom in terms of standards and ethics. God knows when there will be layoffs in the company. Employees work with a constant fear of being removed and it has got nothing to do with the performance or ratings.
