Average age of employee is very young but it backfires too! Other than that, no any pros I found.

There are lots of Cons: 1. All "Senior" people and founders of the company are actually very young and kids for outside world in terms of experience, People skills, communication Skills and most importantly "Listening skill". Expect all Gen Z things from them. 2. You will only get shouting and insult in return for your work, you will only get humanely treatment if you are friend of "Senior Management" 3. No vision and strategy, You will learn to bluff and manipulate things.
