Good place to start with as a data scientist. Interesting projects. You can gain vast experience on different data domains, have good brain storming. Caring and thoughtful HR operations. Good people most of the time.
Kontras
HR processes needs to be improved, like compensation and feedbacks. Improve projects guidance. There are no transparency in the C level. Managers are not good and not qualified. Discriminatory and unfair treatment of employees. Very toxic vibe and a lot of Ego.
