After thinking a lot i got only one pros in this company, that is, salary is credit by month end of each month.

We can fill up an entire 10 pages document. 1. Always pressurize employs to work on weekend that to with no extra pay. 2. No respect towards employees. 3. Worst management 4. No scope of career growth 5. I personally challenge company that, are they dare enough to publicly put their policies to get the rating , I sure that company will never dare to do so. Atleast show your policies to the new hiring before they join. Then you will know the true standards of this company and how you treat your employees. 6. No job security, just because of 15 days lock down due to Corona, 25% employees have been slacked. 7. Doing a nine hour job is considered as a crime, they want people who are 3 hrs productive but stay in office for 12 hrs.
