Pros
I started on the ground floor here and slowly found ways to make myself more valuable to the company. They were always receptive to, and willing to reward, that type of behavior. They don't micromanage here, they want to see you to succeed. I think some people might mistake policy and procedure for micromanagement. Stay here long enough and you will come to think of your co-workers as family.

If there were issues of any consequence, I likely wouldn't have stayed as long as I did. When issues did arise, I could always count on management to listen to, and acknowledge my perspective, allowing us to come to a solution that was beneficial to everyone.
