New management using the Sapp/Zapp philosophy (negative/positive reinforcement) is absolutely terrible. HR *DOES NOT* resolve any issues that are especially dangerous to their company on a legal standpoint. Mentality under new ownership is that nearly everyone is disposable and shut up and do it or leave.
