Pros

Getting the most out of Associates while Leading great Shifts

Kontras

Upper Management and Corporate will allow Associates to tell Lies about you and then Retaliate against you, when you address it in a professional manner! HR is totally useless hiding under their desks, at Corporate Headquarters in Maryland, while Store is in Virginia!
